Anne Prior, CPA, MS (Tax), MBA, FCCA, EA & Tax Partner

Anne joined the firm in 2007, was promoted to tax manager in June 2008 and became a partner in 2012.  Ms Prior previously worked in private industry and public accounting with progressive levels of responsibility.  In addition to being a CPA, Anne’s credentials include a Masters of Tax from Golden Gate University, San Francisco; MBA from Edinburgh Business School, UK; FCCA (Fellow of Charted Accountants), England; and EA (enrolled agent).  Anne specializes in providing tax advice and planning for individuals and closely held businesses.  Her expertise extends to include IRS representation in audit and collections.
